Turmeric should be considered a food, rather than a supplement. Therefore it is optimal to add it to your diet on a regular basis. You can take your Golden Paste regularly in the morning, mixed with a splash of hot water, tea or coffee. For as many people there are taking turmeric, there are as many different ways of taking it. Despite the naysayers, it is quite easy to take your Golden Paste - and personally I don't find it nasty tasting at all. It's an acquired taste!
Of course, the very best way is to use it in your cooking. If you're making a curry, or a casserole, or a soup you can very easily hide a lovely big tablespoon of Golden Paste within the recipe. You can add it to any meat mix if you're making meatballs, or meatloaf. You can confidently add it to any vegan or vegetarian or gluten free dish. It is absolutely VEGAN - VEGETARIAN - GLUTEN FREE. No preservatives/no colourings/no adulterants. You can mix it with yoghurt and add to a smoothie, you can add it to a juice, you can make a warming cup of almond milk with a teaspoon of turmeric. Your usage of turmeric paste is only limited by your imagination.
Personally, every morning I put a desert spoon full into a small cup, add enough hot water from my breakfast kettle to cover the spoon. By the time I've finished making my breakfast and my morning coffee, I give the little cup a stir and just drink it down. It's that easy for me. From there on I add turmeric to our meals, or I make my own capsules and we use them as required during the day.
For dogs who don't seem to want to eat it, then hide it in some stock, some yoghurt, some peanut butter or anything else that your dog recognises as a treat. My dogs dogs have their GP dumped onto their plate with their evening feed and do not miss a beat in inhaling it.
